Job Description
1. Manage KPIs part of the growth funnel such delivery partner login hours, retention, reliability, reactivation - this also involves driving the efficiency execution across multiple teams such as regional teams, analytics
2. Perform a detailed root cause analysis to identify the reasons for weekly movement and the factors influencing these metrics
3. Based on factors identified, work with manager and senior managers to design solutions at a geographic x time frame level
a) Where are the main focus areas for attrition and logins
b) What lever can be changed to reduce surge cost and still bring in more partners
c) Which slots in the day should be targeted (lunch/dinner etc) which fleet category (part time/full temp etc)
d) Which cohorts of delivery partners are impacted and how can we target them differentially
4. Build forecast framework for growth metrics to enable planning activities weekly/monthly
