Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Being part of F&A support process, agent required to handle calls / emails from clients from US & Canada region and assist in resolving any queries.
    • The topic of conversation includes travel expense reimbursement queries, invoice & payment status checks, tool navigational assistance, to name a few
    • Agent should be able to multitask between calls and emails based on business requirement

     

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Willing to work in night shifts (8:30pm 5:30am), should be flexible with stretch shifts occasionally
    • Should have a stable broadband connection at home (given the current WFH situation). A stable connection is must to support calls
    • Should be flexible to work out of Bangalore office
