Job Description

    Job summary
    We are looking for someone to support immigration back-end activities providing the answers and guidance our internal Amazonian employees. The ideal candidate is driven to delight our internal customers and has a background in process execution. In addition, the right candidate has excellent organization, communication and listening skills, a demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities, and has the highest standards when it comes to customer service and quality of work.

    Key job responsibilities
    • Triage customer contacts, resolve straightforward inquiries
    • Own processes and administrative tasks related to defined operational work
    • Validate, test, and recommend edits to immigration standard operating procedures (SOPs)
    • Manage overflow capacity when necessary and meet deadlines
    • Partner with global team members to build and improve upon common processes
    • Gain an understanding of immigration globally, in addition to existing country or region-specific expertise


    A day in the life
    The Immigration Assistance will provide support to different types of global immigration activities including requests arriving to the Global Immigration Inbox and Trouble Tickets (TT) created by Amazon employees.

Required Skills

    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
