Refund Policy

We do not refund any payments to Talent Scouts and Job Referrers. However, if you have a service-related concern, please click here to get in touch with our customer care team and we will ensure that we address your concern on high priority.

In case of Candidates, Claim Refund is an option for all those Candidates who have used the Broadcast button but did not receive any interview request within nine weeks of time from the use of the button. In any such case, we will be happy to bear half of such cost (in this case, 50% of the cost to Broadcast). We hope that keeping the remaining half is a genuine show in order to maintain this platform. This way we can bridge the gap and make it a win win situation for all the parties.

Please note that 50% refund is valid only on the actual monetary amount paid, i.e., excluding any referral cash earned. To claim refund, candidates will have to provide their bank account details, post which the refund will be credited to their bank account in 5-7 working days.
