Though we are definitely inspired by the concept of ‘Refer & Earn’, we want to ensure that users see us as a platform that gives unrecognized talent a much needed push. As a goodwill gesture, if we allow Candidates to invite friends and earn some rewards that can be utilized against Broadcast charge, then we are more than happy to be in the business

Every invite converted into a new unique account fetches Candidate a virtual reward of INR 50.0. Keep adding friends to our platform and keep rewarding yourselves


Why Broadcast ?

While we are changing the norm, Broadcast button is the key to bringing that change. The button will allow Candidates to make their presence felt by notifying Talent Scouts / Job Referrers of their intention to get a new job, allowing them to lead in the queue of dormant candidates. The utility of this button lets you reach the right set of Talent Scouts / Job Referrers basis your selection of primary industry and location preference at the time of profile creation. Claim Refund

Money is hard to earn and we are not in the business to siphon that off from your bank accounts. We aim to channelize our efforts in making your job search process as easy and smooth as possible. Claim Refund is an option for all those Candidates who have used the Broadcast button but did not receive any interview request within nine weeks of time from the use of the button. In any such case, we will be happy to bear half of such cost (in this case, the cost to Broadcast). We hope that keeping the remaining half is a genuine show in order to maintain this platform. This way we can bridge the gap and make it a win win situation for all the parties

Please note that 50% refund is valid only on the actual monetary amount paid, i.e., excluding any referral cash earned
